From the Tax Department…..

Your Final 2026/Preliminary 2027 tax bill will be mailed starting the week of July 27th. Payments must be received on or before August 20th. Interest will revert back to August 1 if your payment is received after August 20th. You may access your tax bill online at www.montvalenj.gov

Borough Hall hours are from 8am-4pm Mon, Tues, Wed; Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am -12pm. For your convenience, a dropbox is located curbside by the main entrance of the Library. You may pay online through the borough website at www.montvalenj.gov, or you can mail your payment to the Borough at 12 DePiero Drive, Attn: Tax Collector.

If you would like your bill returned stamped PAID, please enclose your entire bill with payment and include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
