Senior Van Service

The Boroughs of Montvale and Park Ridge offer a shared Senior Van program providing free transportation for non‑driving senior citizens. This service is available to all Montvale residents aged 55 and older, and to Park Ridge residents on designated days.

Service Overview

Senior Ride provides no‑cost transportation to destinations within a 15‑mile radius of Montvale. The van is handicapped accessible and equipped with air conditioning for rider comfort.

Days of Operation

• Wednesday & Friday: Montvale residents
• Thursday: Montvale & Park Ridge residents

Hours of Operation

• Service begins at 8:30 AM
• Last pick‑up at 1:30 PM
• Special requests outside these hours may be accommodated based on availability.

Scheduling a Ride

To register or book a ride, contact the Borough of Montvale receptionist at 201‑391‑5700 during regular business hours.

• You must speak directly with the receptionist.
• Do not leave a voicemail.
• Please schedule rides at least one week before your appointment.
